Duties & Responsibilities

Quadlogic seeks an energetic, business-savvy person with an understanding of technology and a passion for problem-solving to open doors for Quadlogic's new line of IoT and Building Data products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research on buildings, trade shows & events, markets, trends, & competitive landscape.
  • Identify new opportunities for markets, territories, partnerships, and strategic positioning.
  • Collect leads & build relationships with executives, partners, & organizations.
  • Working with the National Sales Manager and Product Manager
  • Assist development of strategic plans to grow company reach & sales.
  • Suggest, help define, and promote new products and services.
  • Create and execute marketing plans for ads, trade shows, & promotional material.
  • Communicate with clients, send samples & brochures, & respond to queries.
  • Grow social media presence by writing blogs and actively updating accounts.
  • Travel to trade shows, client meetings, and other events; locally and nationally.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree and/or other training in a relevant field. 3 - 5 years of Business Dev. experience in the electrical industry, or related industry.

Required Skills
  • Verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical concepts & data technologies used in buildings preferred.
  • Knowledge energy conservation, building energy usage & energy codes preferred.

National Sales Manager

About the opportunity
Duties & Responsibilities

Quadlogic seeks results-focused, self-starter to grow our national markets (outside NYC and North NJ) and manage our national sales network. This role is ideal for someone seeking a highly visible, leadership position with high growth potential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build national reach outside NYC.
  • Develop sales targeting strategies for customers, partnerships, and client retention.
  • Train and oversee a national team of independent sales representatives and distributors.
  • Track and manage customer communication: call logs, visits to sales reps & to customer sites.
  • Create a 90-day rolling calendar with detailed itineraries.
  • Produce strategic forecasts and plans for sales rep territories, untapped markets, objectives, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare quotes as needed with support from our Technical Services Team.
  • Become an expert of Quadlogic Products keep up to date on strengths & weaknesses, new releases, & competitors.
  • Proactive company Representative for signed deals & partnerships, tradeshows & events, presentations to customers & reps.
  • Regularly update management on status of priorities & initiatives.
Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree and/or other training in a relevant field. 3 - 5 years in-the-field sales & sales management experience in electrical or related industry.

Field Services

Entry Level - Field Service Technician

About the opportunity
Duties & Responsibilities

- Commission new installations of meters and metering systems.
- Coordinate with the data center to verify remote reading capabilities of systems.
- Instruct electricians on proper installation of all products.
- Quickly diagnose installation errors and meter defects.
- Determine the proper course of action when an improperly installed, damaged, or defective meter is identified.
- Provide detailed service reports into the reporting system
- Coordinate with engineers, repair technicians, and production staff to track defects and develop solutions to recurring problems.
- Maintain a professional demeanor with clients and customers including contractors, maintenance staff, property managers, and tenants.

Education & Experience

Technical associates degree or Basic field experience in electric work, electronics repair, or similar field. Must have At least one year experience in the field.

Required Skills

- REQUIRED: Valid NY Driver's license
- REQUIRED: OSHA 30
- REQUIRED: SST 10
- REQUIRED: Critical thinking and Troubleshooting skills
- REQUIRED: Organized and professional. exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Hands-on experience testing and repairing electrical devices or electrical installations.
- Ability to use voltmeter and basic hand tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
