Q: Why are Quadlogic’s billing services transitioning to Metergy Solutions?
A: We’re rebranding Quadlogic’s billing services to Metergy Solutions to simplify operations and unify our services under one trusted name. This allows us to deliver a more seamless and consistent experience. Nothing about your service is changing—you’ll continue to receive the same reliable service, with the same team, just with a new name and logo.
Q: What does this mean for the Quadlogic brand and its products?
A: Quadlogic will remain as our hardware brand and will continue to operate as Quadlogic Powered by Metergy.
Q: When will this happen?
A: In June 2026. We will continue to provide updates as the rebrand progresses.
Q: Will our billing or remittance details change?
A: Billing cycles, remittance details, and payment methods will remain the same; only the name is changing. If applicable, the payee name will need to be updated, and detailed instructions will be provided well in advance of the transition.
Q: Will this change impact my existing Contract Terms?
A: No changes to your existing contract terms are expected as a result of this rebrand.
Q: Is there anything I need to do to prepare for this change?
A: At this stage, no changes are required. We will provide additional resources closer to the go‑live date if needed.
Q: Will I be assigned a new account manager?
A: Your account manager will remain the same.
Q: What will happen to my contacts’ email addresses?
A: Email addresses will be updated to reflect the Metergy Solutions brand, and we’ll notify you once the new addresses are active so you can update your records. After the change, any emails sent to your existing contact(s) will continue to reach the right person.
Q: What will happen to the Quadlogic website?
A: The Quadlogic website will remain active and include details about the rebrand to help guide you through the change. Over time, client and resident facing pages will automatically redirect to the updated Metergy Solutions site once the transition is complete.
Q: How will I be supported through this transition?
A: We will provide regular updates and resources including detailed instructions on any changes.
Q: How will this affect my residents?
A: Residents will begin to see the Metergy Solutions name on their bills and communications (if applicable) starting June 2026. Their service experience and account details will remain unchanged. We will provide clear communications to ensure the transition is seamless.
