Two Decades of Experience
Since Quadlogic was established in 1982, we have been committed to delivering accurate and sophisticated meters and reliable metering systems to our customers. This dedicated focus has enabled us to develop a patented Power Line Communications technology which is integral to our equipment. We assemble and calibrate our meters on-site at our New York City headquarters.
Quadlogic’s metering systems are installed throughout the world in commercial and residential buildings and complexes, and in power utilities in the United States, Canada, Israel, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Panama and Brazil. In addition, we provide tenant electric billing services to our New York Metro area submetering customers.

Management Team

Sayre Swarztrauber, Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder
Sayre is the principal inventor and developer of the Company's metering products and our Power Line Communications technology.


Doron Shafrir, President, Director, and Co-Founder
Doron's responsibilities include international sales and technical training. Doron has also participated in the technical development of the Company's metering products.


Peter Fagan, Chief Operating Officer, Director
Peter joined Quadlogic in April 1999 and is responsible for all aspects of the Company's operations.


Jason Kim, National Sales Director, US & Canada
Jason is responsible for sales and strategic business development for much of the US submetering market, and all of Quadlogic's Canadian markets both in the submetering and utility markets.


Art Schwinge, Sales Manager, Latin America
Art brings 29 years of technical sales and service experience in Latin America to Quadlogic.  He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, German and English and lived and worked in Mexico and Brazil for a combined 12 years.


Shawn Fields, Director, Utility Development
Shawn joins Quadlogic with over 14 years of utility industry experience. Shawn manages sales and marketing efforts for the utility market while providing valuable input into product development.


Dean M. Barlow, Director, Client Services
Dean is responsible for leading our Client Services team, which supports our New York Metro area customers in Tenant Electric Billing Services and Technician Field Support.


Victor Rodriguez, Director, Manufacturing
Victor oversees production and manufacturing operations for all domestic and international sales.
