Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Before filling out the RMA form, if you purchased directly from us please contact Tech Support at 212.930.9300 option 2. Otherwise, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Scroll to the bottom of this page and click on the "Proceed to RMA Form" button

Step 2
: Select the number of items you wish to return and click "Continue".

Step 3:
Enter the CASE NUMBER assigned to you (If you do not have a case number, contact Tech Support at 212.930.9300 option 2)

Step 4: Fill out the required information, click submit and print the completed RMA form.

Step 5: Ship the item(s) that need repair along with the completed RMA form to the address below:

Retain a copy of the completed RMA form from step 4 for your records.

Service Warranty
If any error related to service provided is discovered within 90 days of the date of service, it is the responsibility of Quadlogic to correct the mistake or error at its own expense. The original charge for service still applies. Quadlogic will make every effort to retrieve any metering data lost as a result, or make an estimation of usage.
RMA Instructions
Please complete and submit the RMA form. All merchandise is subject to Quadlogic inspection before Quadlogic is obligated to repair, replace or credit merchandise. NOTE: A minimum fee equivalent to one hour of service may apply if your merchandise is inspected and found to be functioning properly. This fee may apply whether or not your merchandise is under warranty. To avoid this charge, please contact your electrical distributor or Quadlogic technical support before shipping your merchandise.
RETURN FOR CREDIT
If you are returning equipment for credit, a 20% restocking fee shall apply for standard products, and 40% restocking fee shall apply for OEM products and Build-To-Order systems.

RETURN FOR REPAIR REPLACEMENT
My equipment is under warranty.*

If the Quadlogic equipment is under warranty, then the equipment shall be repaired or replaced at no charge. However, any equipment that has been damaged due to neglect, misuse, acts of God, tampering or similar causes will be repaired at Service Rate per hour for labor plus necessary parts.

Quadlogic is not responsible for shipping charges for equipment being sent for repair. However, Quadlogic will send merchandise back to the customer via UPS Ground at no charge for authorized return-merchandise only.

My equipment is NOT under warranty.*

If the Quadlogic equipment is NOT under warranty, Quadlogic will repair or replace the equipment at Service Rate per hour for labor plus necessary parts.

Quadlogic is not responsible for shipping charges for equipment being sent for repair. However, Quadlogic will send merchandise back to the customer via UPS Ground at no charge for authorized return merchandise only.
* If you do not know if your meter is currently under warranty, we will be able to determine that for you when you provide the serial number and meter type.
Canada
International Customers: Duty and customs clearance for shipments will be paid for by Quadlogic for merchandise coming to Quadlogic. Duty and customs clearance charges for shipments being returned to customers shall not be paid for by Quadlogic, and are the responsibility of the customer. Please include your customs clearing house and account information on your RMA form.
