Step 2 : Please read the following instructions and continue to complete the online RMA form. Please complete and submit the RMA form. All merchandise is subject to Quadlogic inspection before Quadlogic is obligated to repair, replace or credit merchandise. NOTE: A minimum fee of $95 may apply if your merchandise is inspected and found to be functioning properly. This fee may apply whether or not your merchandise is under warranty. To avoid this charge, please contact your electrical distributor or Quadlogic technical support before shipping your merchandise. |

International Customers: Duty and customs clearance for shipments will be paid for by Quadlogic for merchandise coming to Quadlogic. Duty and customs clearance charges for shipments being returned to customers shall not be paid for by Quadlogic, and are the responsibility of the customer. Please include your customs clearing house and account information on your RMA form. |
