Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
 

Step 1: Before filling out the RMA form, please contact either your local electrical distributor, or Quadlogic technical support (if you purchased directly from us):

Step 2 : Please read the following instructions and continue to complete the online RMA form.

Step 3: A Quadlogic technical support engineer will contact you to approve the RMA and provide you with an authorization number and shipping instructions.

Step 4: Retain a copy of the form for your records. Don't forget to append your authorization number to the form.

RMA Instructions
Please complete and submit the RMA form. All merchandise is subject to Quadlogic inspection before Quadlogic is obligated to repair, replace or credit merchandise. NOTE: A minimum fee of $95 may apply if your merchandise is inspected and found to be functioning properly. This fee may apply whether or not your merchandise is under warranty. To avoid this charge, please contact your electrical distributor or Quadlogic technical support before shipping your merchandise.

RETURN FOR CREDIT
If you are returning equipment for credit, a 20% restocking fee shall apply.

RETURN FOR REPAIR REPLACEMENT

My equipment is under warranty.*

If the Quadlogic equipment is under warranty, then the equipment shall be repaired or replaced at no charge. However, any equipment that has been damaged due to neglect, misuse, acts of God, tampering or similar causes will be repaired at a charge of $95.00 per hour for labor plus necessary parts.

Quadlogic is not responsible for shipping charges for equipment being sent for repair. However, Quadlogic will send merchandise back to the customer via UPS Ground at no charge for authorized return-merchandise only.


My equipment is NOT under warranty.*

If the Quadlogic equipment is NOT under warranty, Quadlogic will repair or replace the equipment at a charge of $95.00 per hour for labor plus necessary parts.

Quadlogic is not responsible for shipping charges for equipment being sent for repair. However, Quadlogic will send merchandise back to the customer via UPS Ground at no charge for authorized return merchandise only.

* If you do not know if your meter is currently under warranty, we will be able to determine that for you when you provide the serial number and meter type.
 
Canada

International Customers:

Duty and customs clearance for shipments will be paid for by Quadlogic for merchandise coming to Quadlogic. Duty and customs clearance charges for shipments being returned to customers shall not be paid for by Quadlogic, and are the responsibility of the customer. Please include your customs clearing house and account information on your RMA form.
